About Joseph N Jannace

I got my start in Real Estate right after I graduated from Holy Trinity H.S. in 1973. Throughout the 70's and early 80's I was consistently recognized for my outstanding sales performance. In 1983, I opened my own company, which was twice the Top Firm in Nassau County. Earned the prestigious CRB designation in 1987. From 1986-1997 represented the Resolution Trust Company, numerous banks, and investment companies with their bank owned properties. President of Century 21 Broker's Council 1992-94 where I designed a multi million dollars advertising program for all Century 21 offices on Long Island. In 1997 merged my company with the Laffey RE to form the Largest CENTURY 21 Company in the state and the Top 15 in the Country thanks to the training and marketing that I designed and implement. 1999 Inducted into Holy Trinity H.S Hall of Fame. 2000 “Manager of the year” Century 21 Laffey Organization. 2001-2004 Vice President of Career Development and Regional Manager, for Century 21 Laffey. 2013 Centurion Award Top 2% in Country & “Top 21 Agent” Awards 2014 Joined Realty Connect USA a leading real estate firms on Long Island & #1 Office in Nassau County. 2015 Designated Realtor Emeritus status. 2022 Ranked Top 15% of the Nation for production 2004- Present Yearly Award-winning production
