Monthly LIBOR NY Legal Update

LIBOR is thrilled to offer members a free, one-hour monthly Legal Update CE course on the last Tuesday of each month as an exclusive member benefit! Led by LIBOR General Counsel Patrick Fife, this course provides an overview of new laws and legal developments affecting the Long Island real estate industry. Topics include best practices for fair housing, antitrust compliance, advertising, and broker supervision. The session will also cover the most relevant questions submitted to LIBOR’s Legal Support Center. This course is approved for one hour of CE credit, including the DOS-mandated legal update.
